We specialise in providing long term vehicle rental to consumers and to businesses of all types and sizes through our long term vehicle hire program. We offer a range of vans for rental periods of over 28 days. We can deliver to your location and collect again once you've finished using the vehicle. Our vehicles come with comprehensive roadside assistance and (optional) comprehensive insurance. There are no early termination fees and no additional maintenance costs. It couldn't be simpler.
With long term car rental, you're getting the benefit of low fleet costs without making the long term financial commitments associated with leasing or contract hire. It's ideal for businesses which have seasonal peaks in business volume, have new staff on probationary terms, or are looking to keep their financial flexibility while sourcing quality vehicles.
Our vans generally come in plain white. If you want to signwrite the van, you can do so, as long as the signs are done professionally and removed professionally at the end of the rental.

I only need a vehicle for a few months – can you help?
Depending on your choice of vehicle, we offer contracts for 1 to 24 month durations.
Are your prices all inclusive?
Our aim is to provide a transparent quotation, the prices for vehicles are the rental prices only, in addition, we will charge you a small set up fee and the cost of delivery, collection and inspecting the vehicle at the end of the rental. These costs can be paid as one off or spread across the hire.
How do I go about getting one of your vehicles?
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, it is usually equivalent to just one month's payment, payable with your order by credit or debit card. The deposit is refundable at the end of the contract.
Are there any other amounts I have to pay?
The first month's payment is due on the day of delivery and includes a small setup fee, subsequent payments are made on the same day each month by direct debit.
How old are your vehicles?
For contracts of 3 months or longer, we prefer to supply brand new vehicles. There are occasions when we can offer great deals on slightly older models.
What ID do I require?
In order to supply the vehicle, we will require your driving licence (both parts if it is the new style) and/or photo ID, a bank or credit card statement and a utility bill. The latter two forms of ID must be dated within the last three months.
What happens if I want to keep the vehicle longer than planned?
Simply contact us before the end of your initial rental period and we will extend the rental as required, although this may involve a change of vehicle.
What about delivery?
We can deliver anywhere mainland in the UK, alternatively you can collect the vehicle from one of our branches, most of which are open 7 days a week. The cost of delivery will be calculated using your postcode.
What mileage is included?
We run a variety of mileage options to suit your requirements, however the normal allowance is usually 2000 miles per month.
Can you provide insurance?
Yes, we can include comprehensive cover in your rental, please ask an adviser for an inclusive rate and current conditions.
How long does the process take from order to delivery?
We have many vehicles available immediately and for new vehicles, delivery is usually between 2 and 3 weeks. Please be advised that special orders may take a little longer.
Can I take the vehicle abroad?
Yes, providing you tell us in advance when and where you are going so that we can supply the necessary paperwork and additional breakdown cover.
What if I need a rental for longer than 12 months?
We can supply lease and contract hire quotes through associate companies – please request details
What happens in the event of a breakdown?
All of our vehicles are supplied with a free phone number for full breakdown cover. For technical problems, please contact the relevant dealership.
Can I return the vehicle early?
Yes, we require 1 month's notice and a minimum 3 month charge may apply on some larger vehicles.
Is maintenance included?
Not on new vehicles. This is because the cars are new and any work should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Servicing will not be required unless you exceed your mileage allowance. In the event of a problem with the vehicle, the manufacturer can supply you with a temporary vehicle, however this is at their own discretion but we will are here to help and assist in sorting out any issues. Maintenance is provided on used cars and the level of provision will be explained on the order form.
What do I do in the event of an accident?
If you have opted for us to provide your insurance – you must notify us within 2 working hours and we will make arrangements for the inspection and repair of the vehicle.
If you have opted to provide your own insurance – you are required to notify the insurance company according to their conditions and we require notification within 8 working hours. We strongly recommend you use repairers approved by us to ensure that you do not receive a bill for a poor repair on return of the vehicle.

We can provide a quick response to your problems getting you back on the road ASAP. We can have vans ready for you at short notice on an urgent basis. We can deliver direct to your premises or even to the site of a breakdown so you can transfer stock and equipment between vans.
Every 28 days we'll inspect your van. We'll check your light bulbs, tyre wear levels and brake pad wear levels. We'll check your oil and window washer fluid. If anything needs changing we do it there and then so your van is always in perfect working order. When your service is due we'll do that too. You can choose to bring the van to us or a member of our service team will come to you at home or your place of work. If you have any kind of breakdown or mechanical failure, we'll get you recovered and give you a replacement van while we're repairing yours.
